Refunds, return and cancellation policy
Before purchasing tickets, carefully consider your decision. The policy set forth prohibits Chattanooga Downtown Partnership from issuing exchanges, returns or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

Delivery Options
You may choose to have your tickets shipped or you may pick them up at will call the day of the event. No tickets will be shipped out of the USA.
